RETURNS & EXCHANGES
SALE MERCHANDISE IS FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges for sale items.
Regular priced merchandise can be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery, provided they have not been worn, soiled or damaged. All tags must be remaining. Items being returned under $100 are at the customers expense. When returning items at or over $100, Harry’s will pay for for one free return. If you are exchanging regular priced merchandise, we will ship the new item again for FREE. (We limit our free exchange policy to one exchange.) In order to conduct the exchange and receiving return shipping information please contact the store via phone or email.
WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES.
However, shipping charges will be refunded if package is lost or damaged. All unworn and defective returns must be mailed back to the address below. Failure to follow these instructions will delay the exchange and refund process. Upon receiving package, refund will be made.
